With significant funding secured we’re developing key new product features and investing to accelerate our demand and lead generation activity.


We are seeking an experienced business intelligence leader to spearhead our implementation team of 5+ implementation analysts. The implementation department plays a critical role in converting new business opportunities into long-term customers as well as supporting the customer success team to implement bespoke solutions.

As Head of Implementation you will come from a BI consultancy background and have successfully delivered multiple projects for different marketing and advertising departments. You will be an inspiring leader with relevant experience to mentor your team and should be well versed on different data engineering processes and technologies. You will also play a critical role in feeding back to the product and development team to make your department more efficient

As well as being a BI expert you will also be commercially aware, able to price different solutions and prioritise multiple deadlines to meet commercial objectives.


  • Manage, lead and mentor a team of implementation analysts to ensure timely delivery of projects
  • Deploy efficient processes to speed up customer on-boarding and implementation times
  • Support sales & customer success with effective solutions to customer data challenges
  • Project manage the delivery of multiple customer requests
  • Keep abreast of the business intelligence industry trends and products, understand market challenges and identify product opportunities.  
  • Provide feedback and insights to the product team for more efficient implementation
  • Keep abreast of the performance marketing industry and developments in technologies


  • Have over 5 years’ experience in business intelligence/data analytics
  • Have delivered multiple BI projects for advertising and marketing
  • Familiar with data development languages such as SQL, Python and exposed to using ETL tools
  • Have led and managed a team at all levels of experience
  • Have worked in an agile environment and able to follow of agile development processes
  • Passionate about big data and analytics
  • Inquisitive by nature and dig deep to find the root cause of any challenges as well as have a high level of empathy
  • Able to communicate effectively and concisely at varying levels of depth.
  • Able to take constructive feedback from various stakeholder and flexible in your output
  • Able to work to multiple timelines whilst managing stakeholder expectations
  • Inspiring leader who can motivate a team to get behind them
