Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced and hungry sales superstar looking for their next challenge, and be part of one of the fastest growing and exciting London Mar-tech start-ups.

You will be responsible for winning new business and managing the end to end deal cycle from qualification to closing. You will be an entrepreneur at heart, fearless and determined, using resources around you to acquire long term customers.

This is a great opportunity for a developing sales managers to test and refine their approach in a fast paced industry with a product which is gaining exponential growth, surrounded by people who are passionate about having an impact.


Responsibilities

  • Manage the end to end sales process, utilising companywide resources from marketing to solutions specialists, and nurture leads through to close.
  • Present best-in-class proposals and product demos, with clear strategic alignment and value based positioning to win long term new business.
  • In addition to marketing and BDR efforts, drive your own pipeline development and opportunity creation through a combination of cold calling, outreach campaigns and networking.
  • Deliver against key performance indicators such as lead velocity, qualification rate and ultimately attaining monthly and quarterly quotas.
  • Maintain daily records of pipeline development using the CRM solution along with up to date forecasts.
  • Feedback on market opportunities and trends as well as supporting business development reps to fine tune their approach.

Requirements

  • 4+ years in a commercial sales based role in the marketing and/or technology sector, with a proven record of meeting and exceeding quotas.
  • Pro-active self-starter who is eager to find their own leads and not rely solely on business development and marketing.
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills, able to build rapport at all levels as well as prospects outside the UK (additional languages is a plus).
  • Enthusiastic about technology, able to understand and present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner to a variety of audiences.
  • Comfortable with maintaining CRM tools.
  • A team player with tons of energy, passion, and enthusiasm.
  • Bachelor degree or relevant industry experience
  • Mobile advertising experience is preferable but not mandatory
